What We Believe

Olivsky was created around a simple idea: finding a cap that works with your hair shouldn't be difficult.
Your ponytail shouldn't have to be tucked away. Your bun shouldn't be flattened. And your cap shouldn't need constant adjusting throughout the day.
The Olivsky Signature Cap is made to work around your hairstyle, with a considered shape and hidden magnets that allow the back to open and close neatly around low buns, high ponytails and braids.
It's comfortable, practical and made to be worn — whether you're heading out for the day, running errands, travelling or simply having a bad-hair day.
We believe you don't need a different cap for every hairstyle. You just need one that works with all of them.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Olivsky.
We know every head is different, and finding the right fit matters.
What if it doesn't fit?
Our Signature Cap fits approximately 55–56 cm head circumference. We recommend measuring before ordering, especially if you're unsure about your fit.
If your Olivsky doesn't fit correctly, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The cap must be unworn, clean and in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping is at your own cost.
Please contact us with your order number and we'll send you the exchange instructions.
Faulty or Damaged Caps
If your cap arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs.
We'll assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll arrange the appropriate remedy.
